Elba Sunset Mallorca Thalasso Spa - Palma Nova (Mallorca)

The room was reasonably sized and exquisite and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The pool area was very clean and the location was stunning, near to good restaurants/bars, the Western Water Park and the young night life.

Cheap rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, accommodating personnel.

Exceptional service overall and parking onsite. Delightful breakfast, well-designed double room. Stunning location in the really quiet area, so close to more quiet and family oriented beach where the shops are more authentic, the godfather restaurant which was ace and hubby fished.

It was close the the night life and the beach. Its situated on the cliff top which meant every room had a sea view. It was clean with towel changes every 3 days. Good facilities, better than expected due to the poor reviews

Only moan is the cooking facilities could have been better. didnt even have the facility to make toast, only 2 hob rings.

We didn't stay at the hotel much, we like cycling and adventure, but hotel is very clean, great location, bus stop to palma is quite close, most of bedrooms have a nice seaview from balcony. There is also loads of attractions around for whole family. It's a nice place and price is very good. If I go to Mallorca again I will definitely choose this hotel.

One bad thing about the hotel is very noisy, drunk English young people coming back in the morning, shouting, making mess, kicking and breaking everything.

Magnificent Views of Palma Bay

We checked in at trh Torrenova on Friday 30.04.2010 , and when we got to our room 309 we were a little bit surprised . The Hotel has its age and You have to consider that but the view from the Balcony was amazing !! And I mean amazing !! The Hotel is well worth money paid for it ! Great staff always helpful ... We were impressed that for the price of 10p/p(1night) sharing You can get as good accommodation as this ! Choose Torrenova if You are not really demanding customer and You won't be disappointed !

Nothing wrong ! We thought the rooms are bit old alright but ath the end of the day You only sleep in those rooms ! But the view on the sea in the morning compensates the look of the room !

I was very worried given some of the recent reviews however we were really impressed with the location, our room and the pool area which were all superb for the price. The location was fabulous and very close to the beach and town area. The room was clean, a really good size with fresh towels provided daily. Loved the balcony and sea view! For the money you pay to stay here this is really worth it!!

The only negative is what everyone else mentions which is the noise level of the other guests. I would say this is something that is not directly the fault of the hotel and they do try to manage it through security but it wouldn't be an easy job. We had a lot of noise etc, but knew that before we went. Things that helped were moving the beds into the living area (away from the walkway outside) and ear plugs. The mattresses are thin, however I brought my own pillow which really helped. There have been reviews with reports of theft etc and the easy way to manage this is to take a beach bag with all your valuables when you are out and about. Oh and that hill, whilst a bit of workout really isn't that bad!

The breakfast buffet was often empty and the food quality was disappointing.

Great hotel for the value of money. Perfect for partying, great location, beautiful view, beaches 5 to 15 minutes far from hotel. I will recommend to all ppl, who want to party.

The apartment was very spacious and had a sea view

All staff members were great, free parking outside hotel, bar food & Res food were great, good value for money, very clean for 3* hotel. The view from our room was unbelievable, outstanding view!! I will defo go again.

I can't think of any! it was too quite (it was end of October) Most business in the area were closed.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the heated swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, helpful staff printed important documents for me. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
